I definitely get that it's seasonally thematic (they have like a vday kougra plushie in the pool as well too iirc) but I think sprinkling a few other vday related items would be fine, to me it seems like a super fucking waste of a "valuable item slot" to choose a buyable over a different pb, given how many have skyrocketed in prices lately (or even a species mp, cough cough cybunny cough cough)
