1) Has anyone gotten an account unfrozen that was frozen 2+ years ago?
2) Has anyone gotten an account unfrozen that was frozen for anything other than self-freezing or 'frozen for protection' (i.e. actually breaking a rule)
3) @(you need an account to see links) - Could you possibly tell me in PM how to go above Tony and get JumpStart's help?
4) Why does everyone hate Tony P? I thought he was the "cool" guy that people praise on neopets all the time because he helped them out.
5) If you contact them on Facebook, and then your ticket goes into "Work in progress", but never gets resolved: Do you wait? Or start over? Not sure why it should takes days for 'work in progress'. I seriously doubt they sit there for a week staring at the same ticket. Beginning to think they all work from home. They open a ticket, get distracted by their dogs or kids or something and then forget about it. xD

P.S.
A few years ago when the new ticket system came out, we were prompted to 'log in' to it with our neopets credentials. There was no birthday check. This was quickly fixed, but at the time we were able to get into long-lost accounts because there was no need to verify your date of birth. I'm curious if with all the glitches and the lag going on if anyone's found a way to force their account unfrozen on their own? I can dream.
