I use chrome so, from the extension button in the toolbar, I select Tampermonkey -> Dashboard.
Then, on the left of Neopets: Battlebot, click on Edit, and change the following values:
For abilityToUseFirst and abilityToUseSecond, you need to refer to the numeric value defined in the script.
My configuration is like this:

Thank you! This at least made it work. Now I can't get it to use the two turned teeth that I have. Select both but when fighting, only attack with one ???
I will read the thread carefully to see if anyone else has had this problem.
EDIT Ah, it's normal. I just put different weapons and something to heal. ♥

I know this may be the wrong spot but it's the happening spot rn. I tried out the script and I guess the early morning + work + getting child ready for school did not compute at all for me. I believe I'm having the same issue as GreyFaerie, with it only using one Turned Tooth. No brain power to figure it out so we go manual today. I messed up twice by not realizing it was running when testing which level I could fight at. It took until today to figure out it's the highest one, so we gonna go HAM.

I modified the script a bit to support multiple identical weapons such as 2x Turned Tooth.
Tested on Chrome v87 using 2x Scarab Rings. I haven't tested this in earlier versions or other browsers.
Remember to change the skills and the equipment before using the updated script.
