The update to the pool was 3-4 ish months back? I was lucky enough to win a nice stamp but even if you get in regularly, you mostly get cheap prizes. And yes, there has been a few AI entries but they are removed in a short period of time, they also remove the trophy and ítem when the AI entry is removed.

Moving a big item so fast is a big red flag, I'd like to think they would get punished more than just letting TNT take the ítem away

Still, it's not like it's a stolen item, it was handed out legitimately (even though the entry was AI of course) It's just like selling an item you won from a plot etc. so why would it raise suspicion?

I feel like you're more likely to fly under the radar making a low effort stamp in MS Paint with a template found on Poogle than using AI art. People aren't afraid to report AI art and Kikocat looves stamp entries for AG.

AI Art is painfully obvious. You could probably generate some AI Art, print it out, and trace over it though.
Also the art chat had petitioned to get the prize pool extended to artists so recently, it would be a big blow if all of a sudden all that work was for nothing because users just start throwing AI art into the wind hoping for something and then they reduce the prize pool again. :/ So if users are tempted to put in AI art at least trace it, AI art is super easy to spot people will report it.
Do people get falsely accused of using AI? There's gotta be people running the art through those fraudulent detectors and reporting when it gives a false positive
Not really that I have seen, its very obvious when something is AI and when something isn't. Theres usually threads made to discuss artwork thats being submitted also.
