Also, I was looking at the first post on this thread and was wondering if 'deck the halls' UB is supposed to be under the Seasonal Userbars, rather than the Available Userbars?
Or can we still continue posting Holiday decor throughout the year and potentially receive that UB?

It wouldn't only be during the holiday season likely so it should be considered seasonal.

I'm really hoping for the music lover UB one of these days, and the lava one. But I'm also waiting for the +rep one since I've dished out rep more than 5 times from my knowledge unless I'm missing something.

I usually keep it under the available until someone reports they didn't get it anymore or the original thread is locked.
Last time I checked it was still open, but now that I see that it's locked I'll move it to the unavailable section.

In general, for a userbar to go under "seasonal" it first needs to be unavailable and then make a reappearance the year after. Some bars might seem seasonal at first, but if they don't come back every year they aren't really seasonal now are they
