    I need to get in my second workout tonight.
    I added in weight training during my first workout which means that I usually don't hit my 10k step goal because I'm stationary instead of moving for all that time!
    Sitting all day DEFINITELY sucks.

    The first is just ~ 30 minutes on the elliptical (the "weight loss" program, which is 28 minutes), and then I spend another 25-30 minutes doing weights.
    I've been trying to focus on seated fly press, deadlifts, weighted squats, tricep curls, abs, & usually a few other things, depending on what I feel like.

    My second workout is usually just an at-home workout video or heading to the gym for another casual 30 minutes on the elliptical and every once in a while some weight machines that I don't have at my work gym.
    Nothing too crazy, but my diet has been awful lately, so I've been trying really hard to combat it.

    I am on fitbit and MFP, I do not know how to friend people on fitbit though but MFP is danmarbar.
    15.5 LBs down in a little over a month and a half.
    Of course thats when I wasn't on Neo xD

    Would anyone maybe be interested in a nightly TC workout or something? Sounds silly, but if we found some good YouTube workout vids and one of the mods could get it going for us, might be kinda fun to know other people elsewhere are being tortured, too? Hahaha.

    Hula hooping is a great workout and it's fun!
