    They would probably say it's because they're short staffed or because their priority right now is converting flash or something equally vague but...improving customer support should be a priority. It's ridiculous.

    have you tried sending a ticket recently? last ones i've sent i got a pretty quick reply and i didnt even had to post on the highway to help board.

    If you want them to get back to you within a day or two you have to bug them on social media otherwise your ticket will be in queue for a while. This isn't always the case, but it is most of the time. Nobody should have to bug them to give their ticket a nudge.

    i did and got surprised, it took 3 or 4 days but considering i hadn't posted about it, i considered it in a good time frame
