@(you need an account to see links) Chicago is SO good. I honestly haven't watched or listened to it in years, but the songs get stuck in my head on the regular.
@(you need an account to see links) Thanks for sharing so many things. A lot of those are new to me, so I'll have to really go through and listen.
@(you need an account to see links) Goddamn, the train scene is so beautiful and the music brings me back.

I'm usually not an OST person, and background music needs to be very.... special(?), idk if that's the right word, to catch me.
When it comes to actual songs though, I'm hooked in seconds. Might have something to do with me being a huge Disney fan, I usually loop through every song of every movie lol.
But again as for actual OSTs, aside from How To Train Your Dragon that I've seen was mentioned here, one of the best OSTs I have ever listened to is definitely Made in Abyss one.
The anime itself is also amazing, I totally recommend!

My favourite movie has to be Titanic - the music, the story the ship everything just makes my heart flutter
I had Titanic posters littering my room as a child As for James Horner his soundtracks are breathtaking, RIP you legend ♥
One of my favourite pieces from Titanic would have to be this soundtrack, sissels voice half way through is just so beautiful

I already saw quite a few tracks from Ghibli movies and couldn't agree more. There is just something so magical about the music from those films. Gonna toss my Ghibli favorite into the ring!
Honestly just love all of Joe Hisaishi's works

More soundtracks I adore:
Benh Zeitlin & Dan Romer - Beasts of the Southern Wilds The entire soundtrack basically, I've linked a playlist, and selected my favorite track "Once There Was a Hushpuppy":
Thomas Newman - That Next Place (Meet Joe Black)
Harry Gregson-Williams - From Western Woods to Beaversdam (The Chronicles Of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe) I love this entire soundtrack, but I chose a particular favorite.
Aaron Zigman - Main Title (Bridge to Terabithia)
Abel Korzeniowski - Trooping With Crows (Romeo and Juliet)
Also @kittyray I do have a particular favorite from Michael Giacchino! This particular track sounds like little rats scurrying around and I love it so much
Michael Giacchino - Wall Rat
And the last one I have selected is from a Nicholas Cage movie (yes, really), but certainly not the last soundtrack I will ever share because I love so many of them.
The violins in this one are great:
Trevor Rabin - Page 47
