Apparently the pet hasn't actually been deleted its just being held on a staff account? or something like that, until they sort everything out. Thats what someone in the forum posted, dunno how true it is.

This has been happening with several different chains recently and multiple people have been out of UCs. :/ They refused to return one person's pet.
No idea why they bother trying to reverse these long, complicated chains that affect a ton of people to return one stolen pet (and another person just ends up screwed out of a pet anyway???)
