I thought maybe a 50/50 chance? Or they simply mean you WILL get the chance every day to get to change quests for 7 days

But me and my sister have had nothing. So I'm hoping its bugged
Doubt they will refund the cc points for the time wasted...

Looks like some people sent in support tickets for the bug, so maybe that'll help?

It looks like they are refunding CC points / re-applying glitched or lost perks.
So you just have to email support for them to fix it.

Has anyone gotten the Wheel of Extravagance avatar as a result of Avatar Goldmine yet?

I sincerely doubt they bothered modifying the Flash files of the wheels to work with the perk.

The outcome of the wheels aren�t decided as a part of the flash. If that were the case, we would just AoB the wheels every time we spun.
