Just refilled my kcup basket at work with my two favorite fall flavors! (Not pictured: the box of pumpkin delights I already crushed this season)

This is how I learned Green Mountain has a pumpkin spice flavor. I know what I'm hunting down at the store next grocery trip.

And then Ate a box of Fall treats, had to go to the store and get some Brownies, Candy Pumpkin,
Candy Corn and some Pumpkin Pie KitKats

I just finished making Smores Rice Krispy Treats! I'm so excited to eat some!!! A little hard to tell with the lighting in my house but I used Cocoa Krispies and orange color Halloween Rice Krispies with a couple handfuls of Golden Grahams to give them a better smores flavor. I also flambéed some mini marshmallows on top and did not light my entire house on fire doing it!

This is the whole process from start to finish of me taking a pie pumpkin and creating puree for pumpkin pie! This is my favorite thing to do every year around this time. It just brings me so much joy to know I made the puree myself. I even like to make the pie crust myself so my pie is almost all from scratch The seeds are also a very tasty treat to make while waiting for the pumpkin to finish baking. The pie taste and look quite different from a store bought or canned pumpkin pie. The whole process took around three plus hours so it is a labor of love. If anyone wants to know my entire process I can explain it too like I did for @(you need an account to see links) who got the play by play as I was doing this lol When I make my pie I will post again

CHEAT DAY

Just look at these two babes! It's called Bienenstich 🍯🐝 (sweet yeast dough with a baked-on topping of caramelized almonds and filled with vanilla custard buttercream) It's a Swiss/German dessert and I can't get enough of it lol. My favourite fall treat ever.




Also, for some odd reason, Germans don't really like pumpkin. You rarely see anything with pumpkin spice in it! *insert sad smiley here* 😔🎃🎃

couldn't pass up hocus pocus cereal. it's pretty good.

I went to the Japanese market over the weekend and picked up a bunch of fun treats (and ingredients for dinners), so breakfast this morning is momiji manju. They're basically little spongecake-like treats filled with sweet red bean paste. They go amazing with coffee and tea.
