For some reason… I want to start collecting Calico Critters (Sylvanian Family). They’re. So. Cute.

And as a kid, if you had calico critters you were ✨rich✨. So, imma spoil my inner child and buy some this weekend.

Houseplants. I don't know why I'm obsessed with them as I have no green fingers at all and it's a constant battle just to keep them from dying but I love them so so much - they bring me peace.

I've also been buying way too much delivery food lately, I've had both covid and a case of the sads which have contributed to a lack of motivation. I'm stocking up with healthy food and setting out to combat the bad habits though, planning on a healthy summer (but kind of craving egg fried rice, oops).

Books. I’ve been buying too many books lately.. I banned myself from Barnes and Noble LOL.

Also cat toys my cats don’t even use, they very much rather play with the box that the toy came in

I get obsessions with brands.

Current obsessions:
Selkie - princessy dresses
Insert Name Here - hair extensions, accessories, wigs
Ohora and other semi-cured gels - gel nail stickers - you cure them under the lamp!

Past obsessions include lashes (Glamnetic, Lashify, Silly George, Doe), clothes (Lulu, SheIn, Tobi), ...

I guess these all have in common that they're fashion/makeup, haha!

edit: Oh I see you guys mention Squishmallows above - that was also one of my brief obsessions! I luckily stopped at like... 7 or 8. They have less utility than some of the other stuff I had obsessions with so I didn't do that one as much!

OMG, please, tell me... I tried magnetic lashes but maybe after like 6 hours, the edges of them start coming off and I find it super difficult to reapply. I only use the Amazon off brands though, tried a few and they all do that. Is that normal?? The same thing happens with regular eyeliner (it just starts coming off the edge of my eyes as the day goes on), or am I doing something wrong? I don't have any friends who use magnetic eyelashes haha

They also have mini squishmallows, aka ability to collect way too much I wanna stuff a line of them on a long skinny shelf somewhere! Too bad my house is so dusty...

YES THAT IS DEFINITELY A THING. It's a thing for normal fake lashes too (and Lashify too for my outer corner after I wake up from sleeping)! With both regular (I switched to Silly George's liner pen now) and magnetic liners you have to apply multiple coats - Glamnetic I alternate between the eyes and Silly George I just retrace the same eye. Glamnetic also has these things called lash anchors that will help with the corner lifting problem but getting them on is a pain and you need the lash tweezers to help with it.
Silly George's customer service also suggested to apply the liner after you've used an oil-free makeup remover (e.g. micellar water or Lashify's pre-cleanse) and that helped too. If the liner starts coming off your eye, you probably need more coats and/or just need to bring your pen with you to reapply.

I like Squishmallows to hug though! And for that reason two of my favorite ones are my giant Hello Kitty and giant cat, although I love my horse with bow (Tomar) and dragon with boba (Baiden) too.

Books, lol, I read about half of them the other half collects dust, but I swear I'm going to read them one day.
Same with coloring books, I open it once then to the shelf it goes...and anything llama or penguin.
Do I need any of it? No. Do I want all of it? Yes!
