I’ve had to take a little break from true crime for my nervous system (especially bc of the reenactment shows that started to come out— those got way too intense imo)…

But one of the last ones I watched was the HBO series called “The Staircase” about Michael and Kathleen Peterson.

I still am not quite sure what I believe happened in that case.

I have watched so many documentaries on this case and I flip flop every single time... but a slightly larger part of me thinks he killed her.

Evil Genius and The Keepers on Netflix are both amazing!

I watch so much true crime, it's hard to find new things I haven't already seen.

Not really a specific documentary but I have been following the Menendez brothers potential resentencing very closely, and watching any news that come out with the latest developments or commentary.

Most recently, 2 days ago, the family members hosted a rally. They had a few guest speakers that were men who were former inmates themselves, and currently work with prisoners in rehabilitation type programs.

It is believed that the brothers will continue their work with the "Green Space" program that they started as well as work to provide support and counseling for abuse victims, which it was super interesting to hear about what they've been doing while serving their life sentences.

I was dying at one point though bc the one guy referred to them as Kyle and Erik 😭 Could not un-hear it

Their resentencing hearing will be in April so I'm very curious and excited to see how this all pans out for them
