What true crime documentary are you currently watching?

What's everyone currently watching? Seems like there's just been an overflow of interesting documentaries produced and put out there on streaming. Recently found myself searching online on what to watch next!

I'm currently watching "The Jinx" and only a few episodes in. Please no spoilers!

Before this series, I watched "Lover, Stalker, Killer" - Pretty wild. I'd recommend it to anyone.

PLEASE make sure you warn + spoiler any spoilers when contributing to the discussion!

I heard "Just Evil, Just Melvin" is a very good watch, but extremely frustrating and heartbreaking. Same with "Goodnight Sugarbabe".

but I recently watched the Netflix documentary just titled "The Menendez Brothers" and holy hell. I can't believe how those guys were treated by the public back in the 90s.

I COMPLETELY agree with you @(you need an account to see links) regarding the Menendez brothers. I refuse to watch the "reenactment" drama shit series that Netflix released.

I've taken a bit of a break from true crime documentaries and instead have been watching a lot of (you need an account to see links) on Youtube. I absolutely LOVE Derrick Levasseur since his Big Brother days and really love hearing his perspective on cases. He covers mostly unsolved cases which I absolutely love because it brings more awareness/more eyes to the case. He also covers a lot of cases that I have never heard about.

I might be alone in this, but I'm so glad he has something solo because I cannot stand his Crime Weekly partner... nope nope nope.

The Jinx is amazing, I wish I could watch it again for the first time. "I'll Be Gone in the Dark" is also on Max and very good if you haven't seen it yet. We are watching "Scamanda" and plan to watch "Amber: The Girl Behind the Alert"

I haven't even heard of "The Jinx"... dang, how did I never hear of this before? is it in the vein of The American People vs. OJ Simpson in that it's like a full dramatization, or is it a mix of documentary stuff with reenactments? Definitely going to add it to my list either way

I watched the first episode of Apple Cider Vinegar earlier and I loved it. Made me angry, but loved it. I can't remember if I heard about Belle Gibson back in the day, but def heard about these types of grifters in passing or indirectly all the time.

[edit] I misread the title and this is not a documentary, it is a fictional adaptation, my bad.
