So you only have an apple device(s) but still want to run scripts on Safari?
I will teach you two ways one free one paid
Let’s go over how we can achieve that.
First you will need to download the app Userscripts OR you can purchase Tampermonkey from the app store and everything should work perfectly fine, but if you don’t want to buy anything let’s stick with UserScripts for now.

Once you have downloaded Userscipts, open it up, in the center there is an option to change where you want the userscripts to be located in your device you can change that if you’d like but if you don’t want to mess with it leave as is.

You will then head over to SETTINGS → scroll all the way down to Safari and tap on it→ scroll down to Extensions and tap on it → and make sure you toggle it on.
Or you can just search up Extensions in the search bar in settings and it should be the one that says Extensions - Safari - Extensions and then toggle it on (quicker this way)

Next Open up Safari and on the search bar you will see a new Icon that looks like this “</>”on iPad and the “AA” on iPhone and then the extension icon, tap on it and allow the type of permission you want it to have. You can always change these settings by heading into the settings steps above.

Next find the script you want to install. Let’s take @
(you need an account to see links) BD script for an example. Tap on install and you will be directed to the script code, tap on the </> or AA respectively depending on what device you’re using and it will say it has “detected a script: tap to install” tap to install and you should then have it ready to use.

There are a couple ways to locate the Script files if you ever wanted to delete them.
1. Head into the Userscripts app and tap below Current Directory so for me it would be “Userscripts App Documents” but if you changed the location of the files it would say that location instead.

2. Head over to the Files app (if you have deleted it please reinstall), tap on the magnifying glass (ipad) or the search bar (iphones) and search for “Userscripts” for the fastest way to the folder.
I’ve tested the BD script and it runs fine, I have tried multiple other scripts and it’s hit or miss.
There are a couple of ways to go about making the older scripts that need the https update,
You could
1. If you already have the updated version on your computer, download it and send the file over to your phone/ipad via airdrop or iCloud if you’re using a Mac and then move it over to the UserScript folder via the Files app on your respective device by long pressing the file and selecting “Move”. The file should be under the Recents tab if you’re having a hard time locating it. For Windows to Apple devices I would guess the fastest way is by uploading it to a cloud drive and downloading it from there with your device and moving it to the correct folder with the Files app.
2. Kindly ask the userscript maker to update the script if you can’t do the above.
As for other scripts that are updated and don’t work properly, it seems the app Userscripts itself is not working properly with the codes. I have purchased TamperMonkey myself and all the scripts run perfectly fine so if you would like every script to run fine and can afford it that is the way to go.
Now we have the Paid way with Tampermonkey
It is $2.99+tax if your state or place you reside includes tax.

Let’s set it up.
Like we did with Userscripts you will have to go into your device’s settings and search up “Extensions” → Safari - extensions. Tap on Tampermonkey and make sure you allow it so it turns on.
From that same screen you can tap on Settings (Tampermonkey) and it will direct you a Tampermonkey safari tab which you will now see a new Tampermonkey Icon on the search bar

Tap on that icon and then Dashboard

Here you will find all your scripts
Speaking of which, let's look for some.
For this example let’s try @
(you need an account to see links) 's Faerie Crossword Puzzle solver
Tap that download link and it’ll take you to the code page and then tampermonkey will notice it is a script and take you to their page and ask if you want to download it. For me it is a redownload for you it’ll just say install.

Now let’s check if it works.

It works!
So far all the scripts I have downloaded have worked. Again for the older scripts kindly ask the script owner to update them if they are not working.
To delete any scripts from tampermonkey tap the icon on the search bar and head into your dashboard and tap on the trash icon and it should be deleted.
