    Is there anything I can do?

    Sorry if this is the wrong place, I wasn't sure where to ask this. Basically I have an old neopets account that I want to move a pet over from but I can't remember the password. However the email associated with the account was a hotmail.co.uk one that I had to change to outlook.com, and despite adding neopets to the safe sender list nothing is coming through when I try and do a password reset or username recovery. I know the username for my account and I'm certain this was the email for it (I checked all my other emails just in case but got nothing). It's really frustrating me not being able to get onto my account. Am I going to have to send in a ticket? And if I do will TNT even help me?

    If it was associated with a Hotmail.co.uk of course it won’t go to the outlook.com email because that’s not the same email. The neo servers have no view into Hotmail to see that they changed the extensions. There is no way to create a Hotmail.co.uk anymore either - just like there’s no way to make msn/aim/etc; unfortunately.

    Generally TNT wants tickets coming from the OG emails, so if you don’t have that or the NC/premium receipts than you are likely SOL unless you get really lucky!

    I say give it a shot tbh!

    Their new ticketing system is on site, and asks for an email for them to contact you on, and it's optional whether to give original email or not.
    Seeing as you know what it is, and likely have the information they are specifically requesting, I would provide that by filling it in on the form and give a brief explanation to them in the box about your troubles

    Worst they can do is say no or that they need more information

    Give a ticket a shot - I sent a ticket that listed the original email (a kid's AOL email) and explained that the email no longer exists. I listed the pets on the account and a couple of things I knew were in the SDB. They did give me the account back and allowed me to change the email to my current one.

    There was nothing of great value on the account other than the sentimental value of getting my pets back.

    It’s optional to give an OG email but their first reply will say something like

    Thanks for reaching out. Please confirm the birthday as well as TWO email addresses used on the account excluding the one you wrote in on.

    They will then ask for the OG and ask you to create a ticket sent to the OG email and ask you to provide that ticket number in your original ticket as verification.

    Maybe a sob story will help but usually their rules aren’t flexible if there’s a valuable pet or items/etc in the account.

    I had a similar experience although I had to make a bit of a fuss before I got Alice to reply and help me after initially being refuted iirc account was pretty junk all things considered so that may have helped my situation
