    I got a couple for Yahoo recently, nothing for Hotmail. Absolutely frustrating. I don't wanna bother contacting support either, but I feel like I might have to.

    I've been trying on and off this past week at different times and there hasn't been any changes. Sucks because I have a RN misspell that I want to turn into a UC Sponge and I'm locked out of that account. This issue has been going on longer than anticipated and I'm growing impatient that they've done nothing to fix this. I think you still need to send a ticket to get activation codes as well. I tried signing up with Neopass hoping the emails would come through and it doesn't work either.

    Have been chatting with sandy o and Ethan h from neopets support and they both said they are currently working on issues with the password reset and that hopefully it will be fully operational asap. However they are trying to respond as quickly as they can to everybody's ticket. So fingers crossed we can all get our old accounts back sooner than later. Will post when I hears more from support.

    Thanks for the updated info, that's awesome to hear! At least they are aware of it and hopefully working on fixing it. I can imagine it's awfully frustrating for them to be getting all the tickets to fix something as basic as this. Fingers crossed their "ASAP" is soon!

    That's awesome to hear! I also noticed the email changing is not working - I get the email and when click the link, it goes to a blank page and don't work

    Just created a new account and upon going to the activation page it tells me that i am activated up in the url. So it seems to be automatic for some people which is weird
