It's deload week for me, so I'm going to have low RPEs/weight for my primary lifts. However, I was VERY sleepy today for some reason (maybe because I went a long time w/o eating?) so my workout today wasn't as easy as I expected. Tomorrow will be better! Side note: 165lbs is now my RPE 5 when a month ish ago, 165lbs was RPE 7.5. Definitely feeling stronger as these get easier. My back off sets of 135lbs 3 sets 7 reps felt super easy almost like warm up weight.
