There has been another email update for the Usuki merch bag:

Hey Neopians!

Just wanted to give you an update on the UsukiCon swag bags! On the back-end, the Christmas season and then the Chinese New Year means a lot of things grind to a halt for sample iterations before production (and molds for projects like these are expensive!), and getting them back on track afterwards can take awhile. We really wanted to make sure everything was as it should be before the molds got finalized, and doing things like the paint treatments took some evolutions.

We're finally nearing the finish line, just a few weeks left to get the dolls finished and shipped, and then we'll be doing some bag assembly and starting to get them out the door!

Thanks for your patience while we worked some of the kinks out of the Usuki doll, and endured the respective holiday slowdowns It's always interesting seeing new projects and product types come to life, and we learned a lot along the way, which'll help streamline some of the next things we've got in mind. This will be one of the more interesting of the Neopets projects we've worked on, with so many different components, and hopefully captures that UsukiCon joie-de-vivre.

On that note, suggestions for new Neopets merch are always welcome, and we love working to serve up some of the more unique merch for the fans - send us ideas and requests if you've got them! We'd mentioned last time that there was a Neopets RPG in the works, and for anyone interested we have an email signup for it in place now:

Are they joking IT'S NEARLY APRIL. Their last email said end of February and they've been blaming Christmas and Lunar New Year since early December. "Just a few more weeks" they say, as though they have not said that several times. And then they solicit ideas and put in advertising lol

i never wound up cancelling cause i was like well i already counted that money spent. would love to see a shopping notif in my inbox soon, but we'll see
