Ngl, I love every cover Patty Walters does. I just love his boyish voice. It sounds so sweet and childlike.


I have a tied love for both Adam Lambert and Jasmine Thompson's covers of "Mad World".

His just sounds so beautiful.

Hers is a haunting sort of beautiful.

I also absolutely adore this mashup/cover of "What Do You Mean" and "One Last Time", by Sam Tsui & Casey Breves:

Their voices just match so beautifully. Also, this video was before they were together, but they're married now, so it's kinda adorable to watch this knowing that later they fall in love.

Thought it would be fun to have a thread especially for cover songs. I'm going to start with this cover of Radiohead's Creep. Please please PLEASE listen to this if you've not heard it before. The first time I heard this it literally brought me to tears.

This was AMAZING!

I love metal covers of pop songs and vice-versa.

One of my favorites is Robert Palmer's cover of Early in the Morning from the GAP Band. I LOVE both artists and feel that the GAP Band is pretty underrated and goes under the radar because people usually only talk about groups like Earth, Wind, and Fire when discussing this genre of music. I think it's really cool that Robert Palmer covered this just a few years after the song came out. Usually, covers seem to come out a lot later, ya know? I like both versions of the songs because it definitely distinctly sounds like each artist imo. Robert Palmer is also known for the song I Didn't Mean to Turn You On which is a cover from Cherelle's song which is also good imo.
