We got a little discussion going last year during the playoffs, so let's get the discussion started early! Who are you watching/rooting for? I've mentioned it last play offs, but I'm watching my local boys, the Sac Kings. Had a GREAT run last year, so I'm curious to see if they do worse or improve from the last season. I'm also eyeballin' Jimmy Butler's new look 👀 lmao...I have yet to see it in action lol.

I've got my eye on the Nuggets/Bucks/Heat this year! The Giannis/Dame combo is looking deadly already. The Nuggets seem to have gotten even better during the summer with the spanking they just gave to the Lakers. Looooove Jimmy's emo look over the Dame news haha

Wemby is looking generational as expected. Luka Doncic on pace to challenge Jokic for MVP but I think Jokic will probably pull it off this year, he's been out there making it look easy every night.

I'm predicting a Celtics/Nuggets Finals barring any significant injuries. I don't really see anyone in either conference giving those teams a challenge in a 7 game series, especially the Celtics. The addition of Porzingis and Jrue put them over the top.

Warriors and Clippers. I've always respected the Warriors but I cannot stand Draymond Green. Clippers are on my shit list because of James Harden being a foul merchant.

Kings vs Lakers would be a great series, although the Kings seem to struggle against bigger and lengthier teams. Mike Brown is a great defensive coach so as long as the threes are falling for them they could pull it off in five or six games.

You're right about the Kings. I'm curious to see how much they learned from the last playoffs and whether or not they're more confident now to go against the bigger, more established teams, or if they need to go through another season or 2 getting experience.

Ok I'm late, but I'm curious to hear what y'all think about Draymond Green's suspension. I think what he did to Nurkic was pure filth lol, but when reading comments on memes or posts about this on social media, I found it interesting that a good amount of people say that the league is "too soft" and that what Draymond does would be ok with the previous generation of NBA players. I grew up watching NBA back in the late 90's, but I don't remember seeing players this consistently aggressive? Idk if I'm misremembering basketball back in the day lol. Anyway, just curious on what you guys think. People are saying he should be kicked out of the league, but I don't see that happening lol. I also don't see how anger management classes will help lol.
