Yes, there will be! Similar to last year, the trick-or-treating period will begin before October 31st so that users have more opportunities to participate. Starting on Oct 24th and running up until Oct 31st, Reginald of Neovia will be hiding Goodie Bags all across Neopia for this year's Trick-or-Treating Event! That's not all though, as this sharp young Lupe will also be including a scary story within each of the goodiebags he places around Neopia. I love the Halloween events! I am also hoping for a nice spooky avatar out of these. I love hoarding these bags on other accounts though for future years!
I'm also really interested in this Spooky Story! I wonder if it will blend into where the Faerie event left off!?
