Interesting! I signed up. Admittedly, I've been hankering to play FFXIV again lately, and this is... not that But I love animal crossing/harvest moon/stardew sorts of things, so I'm totally down to give it a try. Hopefully the game is still compelling enough if you have nobody to play with! Somebody @ me on august 2nd, if you happen to see this post on that day!
I'm not super familiar with modern mmo stuff, I wonder if switch and pc gamers can play simultaneously on the same server? Maybe I'll read up on this a bit more (or maybe i'll just jump in day-of, lol)

I actually got back into FFXIV about a month ago. I love it, but this one seems more my style lol
I love how its more relaxed. Decorating and stuff! As they say in FFXIV, Housing is the true endgame

Oh, that's great to hear! I know you cant talk about it much, but if you've been testing and are pretty positive about it, then I feel its going to be such a great MMO

Didn't look like there was much in the way of things like battling monsters/bosses/raids type of content but looks really nice to explore and vibe in. I'll definitely be signing up.

For me, Im good with no raids/dungeons, as I looook to just build and decorate
They also dont plan to bring PvP to the game as well, so that's a plus for me lol

I really really love decorating things like building/furnishing houses and stuff but it can only hold my attention for so long 😅 which is probably why I struggle to stay in AC even though I adore everything about it. I'm very much a one and done kind of person, once I have things to my liking I generally don't want to re-do it haha

literally been waiting for Palia. I'm getting an itch that hasn't been satisfied in so long. been in it since the first pre-alpha and I've been LIVING. idk how many times I've played through and always focused on something different.
there is SO much to do. honestly. I had to watch the trailer to see what is able to be spoken about.. which isn't much.
umm, the houses!! THE VIEWS!! oh my gosh. tons of stuff to do. so much replay value if you wanted. the music.. I'm so excited. to not be under stress and a time crunch and be able to freely play at will.
such a calming and peaceful game. it really brings people together.
I do highly, highly recommend this game if you want to chill.
