Help with getting an account unfrozen?

Dunno if you still need help with this but I've gotten accounts unfrozen many times for buying/selling (though unfortunately as stated above the chances of having all of your stuff wiped is pretty much 100%) it happened to my main too lol that was such a bummer BUT as long as there isn't anything super great on there (UCs/COMMON names/words/high nps/items) then you'll probably get it back even if it's been frozen in 2017 as long as you at least know the original email. Twice already I've gotten into accoutns with uncommon names/words and nice 4Ls that I'm sure were inactive longer than 2017 lol. Good luck and if you need extra advice feel free to reach out! I'm no expert but I'm not terrible at working Alice over lmao

It depends on how active staff is that week, but the fastest way to get a response is posting on HWH in the Help Chat. I also send them a DM on Twitter too though

Ive seen replies come in as little as three days, but I’d say the average I’ve experienced was about 3 weeks. I don’t post on any boards or send any messages on twitter. I usually submit the ticket and wait. I don’t want to stand out anymore than I have to by getting extra attention. Just gimmie the bare minimum of your focus, fit me in when you can, or give me stuff back without thinking too much about it lol

Oof.. that’s rough. Did you cheat on the account? If so, I am not sure that I know anyone personally who was able to negotiate with them. They were given the account back as Alice described to you in her reply. If you DID NOT cheat, you can of course attempt to explain that to her, but it seems likely that that isn’t the case and is nearly impossible to prove.

You could perhaps try saying that you're not aware of any cheating, could someone have accessed your account and cheated? Maybe say you're happy for pets to be converted / NP to be wiped etc and ask if there's any way you could keep your NP items to help you start over? Asking to keep half your items is probably too complicated.

I'm not sure you'll get anywhere but it seems worth a try.

I read through the rest of the thread after and you had said you’d used a cheating program on it? So as to what birdies said, you can try but typically they’ll give the account back wiped.

Alice won’t waver on that. She’s usually all or nothing whenever I have her assigned to my tickets. You can get your account back, but she will probably wipe anything of value. The only hope is she doesn’t check everywhereeeee. Sometimes I’ve held items in my shop stock and when I was unfrozen, they survived. Sometimes they miss things too. If you’re hoping to negotiate, you probably won’t have much luck unfortunately
