    It Takes Two

Anyone played this game or even heard of it?

Bought it with my Switch not too long ago in the hopes of finding something my gf would enjoy and wouldn't be too difficult for her. I am thoroughly pleased so far, I think we are on Chapter 3 and for the past week my gf has asked to play when I get home from work.
I am also surprised at how challenging it can be and how quickly she has caught on. I would imagine their target audience is couples like myself where one has never played video games before except for Sims 4.

If you have played it let me know what you think and if you have discovered and Easter eggs because I have yet to find any and I know there has to be some.

I have heard of this game but I forgot about it until you brought it up.

I got my husband into COD but lots of times he get frustrated playing.

He's gotten alot better but sometimes I think he'd have more fun with something like this.

Curious to see others opinions as well!

I absolutely love this game! I've replayed it a couple of times now (with a different person each time) and not once gotten bored. It’s definitely in my top five favorite games. I recommend it to anyone who likes cozy co op games!

For Easter eggs there’s one in chapter 3, look out for it

It’s on Xbox game pass and ea as well if you don’t want to spend $40. **

Omg thanks for reminding me about this game! My partner and I started it ages ago (literally like over a year I'm sure) and I think we completed 2 chapters but then got busy and haven't picked it up since. xD; It was really fun but he's definitely better with the dexterity than me so in the little "versus" mini games, he always schools me... which in turn I make him suffer IRL for it because I'm a sore loser 🤣 it's pretty cute though and engaging enough with a low barrier of skill entry for people who aren't super familiar with games imo, so yeah definitely great for couples!

My fiancé and I started playing it but never finished it. It’s a really fun co-op game and highly recommend it to gamer couples or even friends!

When I saw the name I thought it was a different game. I’ve seen people streaming a game where two players are connected by a rope and they have to jump together and work together to climb higher and higher in the level/game. I found that one pretty funny to watch people play.

Havent seen this one you mentioned before though. Looks a little more in depth and looks like a lot of fun actually. Nothing too difficult from the gameplay I’ve seen, but I like the puzzle aspect that’s built in there.
    What's my definition of success?

Being brave enough to dream big
Grindin' when you're told to just quit
Giving more when you got nothin' left

I let her win the minigames for that exact reason

I have heard of it, but I’ve yet to play it. I always want to find a good co-op game to play with my husband, so this game is definitely a contender for me.

I’ve noticed a lot of games don’t have co-op modes like this anymore, which makes me kind of sad. A big part of video games I enjoyed growing up was being able to couch co-op and work together on a game with a friend! Now, everything is almost always online play, not local couch co-op. I love online play, don’t get me wrong, but there’s just something so fun about co-op in person.

You and hubby should try unravel two and battle block theater!! Both are very fun couch co-op games similar to it takes two! I love puzzle games where you have to work together to solve it. Oh, portal 2 is also a classic co-op puzzle game (I recommend the portal series in general to everyone…amazing game)
