Can't log in to stealth core

I can get in with my clraik account, but I can't log in to neopets either with cookies or manually, and can't use any of the programs

Manual login currently doesn't work with SC however cookie login should be working for you. Which browser are you using? If you're logged into Neo on your browser, go to your Inventory page to confirm you're not hit by SP and then attempt a new Cookie Login with your selected browser (Firefox/Chrome) on SC while making sure the User Agent setting is set to your active browser. Hopefully that works, otherwise let us know what error you're seeing
