I’ve honestly never bothered investing for selling. I only ever scratch them if I got them in REs.
The only scratch cards I regularly do are the space faerie ones because of premium 😅
As a returning player, it seems the lost desert scratchcards no longer work..
So now it's just between terror mountain and deserted fairground. Assuming you're purchasing
Deserted faigrounds - 14400 np for 12 cards
OR
Terror Mountain - 2400 for 4 cards
From Deserted you are spending more NP for getting more chances at better cards, but most of the time you are getting something worthless. On top of this, moehog skull is removed from the pool so i'm still unsure why the higher tier cards are still so expensive.
From Terror mountain you are more likely to get better np scratch rewards, but at the same time the cards are worth less and you're able to scratch less frequently.
Which cards do you guys think are better, do you guys scratch or sell?

I haven't done scratchcards regularly in quite a long time, or purchased them myself (also I only scratch if from REs). Maybe if the moehog skull has been removed from the pool, then terror mountain?
thank you Lyrichord for the amazing avatar!
A few of the cheap ones can be useful to try an get pet levels but not too sure about trying to win prizes/nps.

Ah it seesm the consensus is that scratch cards are not really worth it then. It seems the best way to earn NP is still form flipping quest/rare items and food club now!
You can resell the scratch cards, those seem to be in high enough demand that people still buy them
Sometimes you may get one of the more rare scratchcards from either of the three (Ice Caves, Lost Desert, Haunted Woods), and you can buy one from either of them every 6 hours. The rarest card from each would be a really nice profit.
It's just a daily, if you want to consider it that. Don't expect to profit from doing any of this for a while, if at all. It definitely requires luck, but it's also worth doing daily/routinely, especially if you're automating the task.

I didn’t bother automating it but after reading this thread I will— I don’t think I ever got the most expensive one ever! I’m assuming it’s better to sell the rare scratch cards and use the common ones?
Didn't know there was a profit in selling scratch cards that would make it worthwhile, I also only scratch the ones I get from Random Events. I was curious if this was something sustainable but it doesn't seem worth it unless automated, but if you decide to keep up with it, I'd be very interested in knowing the outcome.

@(you need an account to see links) , i only buy or use the terror trove scratchcards , while occasionally faerie fortune if i get it.
For my case is not for the neopoints mainly just for the level up which i think its worth it. (The pain when you re-train a pet when the cupcake era is gone)
Something to take note as TNT doesn't update scratchcard stats reward like Kitchen Quest (which you get it on your main pet) hence the lvl up is still randomly awarded to one of your pets. But if you only have 1 pet there won't be any issue.
