What is the easiest way to gain a minimal amount of hit points. Say 1 to 9? I always seem to greatly overheal when I'm trying to be low.
I'd say losing a quick fight in the BD is the easiest.
Otherwise you're looking at getting hit with some of the wheel bad outcomes (mediocrity you can do every 30 min) or getting blasted by snowy.
