Anyone playing the neo spin off sites?? I am currently IN LOVE with Neo Classic. I've tried getting into Moderneo but they never have any pets in the pound, and I exclusively adopt, so my accounts have had no pets on them since I've created them and I'm just totally uninspired there as a result.

The nostalgic vibes are DOING IT!!! for my serotonin lmao, I'm so obsessed with my "uc" pets on classic. I feel more attached to them than my 30+ pets on actual neopets

Do any of them have a community or board like the neoboards, or a market system? Or is it more independent where you play your own game.

Sorry for being a killjoy, but the owner of Grundo's Cafe specifically asked that we refrain from discussing their site in any capacity on clraik. In exchange for our cooperation, they abstain from hunting down players in our community and banning them. I've scrubbed all mention of that game from this discussion.

Because the site owners want to treat their projects like walled gardens that are safe from bad people™. It's also why most of these site owners lurk around here to watch out for people to ban. Why make a game better when you can just keep the naysayers out?

I'm not even a naysayer and I don't even want to cheat. Literally probably because I'm on this site I'm not even allowed. It's bullshit. Honestly we should build a better old neopets clone and you can't join if you aren't on CK openly and you have to put it on your neopets reddit account too that you're on CK.

I joined the NC discord a while back when I first found out about them but they weren't taking applications. Finally had an account created and never touched it. I left the discord not long ago actually. There was a vibe I wasn't really into when I was reading through some of the discussions and how "key" people were talking. Could just be me, though.

I'm sure the game itself is fun. The layout is nostalgic for sure. I'm comfy roasting marshmallows by the dumpster fire that is the real Neopets right now lol While their implementation is off, I appreciate their intentions.
