I am so sorry to hear!!

I do volunteer work with a group called "Kids Kicking Cancer" and we do alot of breathing techniques that help them with their pain and mental help. You might've already heard this one before but the one I use with everyone that seems to help alot is to take a deep breath and focus on the pain or negative thoughts. When you exhale, imagine the pain and thoughts leaving your body and rinsing yourself clean from it. Breathing the negativity out of your body and try to replace them with positive thoughts. Saying something simple to yourself repeatedly like "I got this" or "I can do it". I really hope this helps you and if you have any questions or advice about managing pain, feel free to reach out!

I want to thank everyone for all the kind and encouraging words!
I'll be honest, I started to get emotional and tear up from reading everything. I feel so blessed to have met all of you!
I will 100% be bugging some when I get the chance lol

I've had good days, bad days, terrible days and decent days. It does take a lot out of someone, but Im happy that I can come by here and see you all!
These days, I make sure to enjoy the days I have. Especially the good ones lol
When things started to get worse, I thought the whole world was coming down on me and I just wanted to stay in bed and do 100% nothing.
But I slowly got myself up and tried to look on the bright side of things!

One being able to come and chat with you all! Hell, maybe even one day playing a game with some or even a movie night! THAT would be pretty awesome
