Codes for mention colors?

I remember seeing a thread that posted the codes to change the text in your signature (How for example mine below are using the popsicle effect) to link back to the people who created my avatar, userbars and such.

Does anyone know exactly where I can find that thread? It had all the current active/non-active userbar colors with their BB code?
