Do we only get to know what team cK is supporting if we're accepted onto "Team cK" (if that makes sense)?

I want to join the team we're supporting! But I don't know if I'll be able to do the like 400 scores a day even with SS/make it onto the official team.

Yes, you'll know the team ck decides on if you're accepted to join. if it follows the same way as last year, you'll need to apply to ask if you can join. These haven't started as of yet, but mods will let us know.

1) Unfortunately, the Dacardia team is too preoccupied helping their community rebuild and has decided to focus their efforts on the restoration of Dacardia instead of joining in the Altador Cup this year. So, we will be sticking to the normal 18 teams for Altador Cup XVIII. You can, however, find team Dacardia gear in the NC Mall if you still want to support!

2) All users will be getting a fresh start in the games this year. We are working on taking measures to keep this event as fair as possible. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Personally biased toward Faerieland - I didn't participate last year but regretted it after seeing the rewards.

No one really has the scope of the entire thing since the only "confirmation" comes from NT. The gist of it though is that your playing only counts for personal prize shop points and won't count towards helping your team win their matches.

The first part… who is gonna buy gear for a team that doesn’t even play? Seems kinda counterproductive to me. Oh well!
