Does Pineapple go on pizza?

Now posing a sub-question since I'm curious:
Do you prefer the pineapple on pizza to be sweet, tangy or sour?

I recently asked a friend, and he apparently likes it sour more than sweet, which I personally think is super weird but hey.

I prefer sweet for sure!!! The acid from the tomato sauce and the sweetness of the pineapple mix very well for my taste buds!
