Does Pineapple go on pizza?

Hawaiian pizza (minus the red peppers lol) is one of my, if not my, favorite ways to top pizza! I'm a huge fan of the sweet + salty combination in foods, savory or otherwise, and the warm juiciness of the pineapple is super tasty to me. Even if I'm doing a make your own pizza at &pizza or Mod Pizza for example, I'll make sure to put pineapple on whatever I'm ordering lol. Pineapple goes great with anything bbq based too like a bbq chicken pizza.

I actually quite like the combination of meat and fruits. Ham and honeymelon, bacon and apple, ham and pineapple... Delicious! And honestly, I've seen worse local versions of pizza.The Swedes are notoriously weird about pizza toppings, they think bananas and french fries are acceptable options.

My German relatives once served me a snack that is like the baby version of Hawaiian pizza: Toast Hawaii. It's... Something. Great if you're hungover!

Ironically enough, I hate sweet and salty together... but when pineapple cooks, it tastes more tangy than sweet. I love it. I agree, pineapple with bbq is amazing! I am drolling, full up from my dinner today, but wishing it was pineapple pizza!

So the basic Hawaiian Pizza (pineapple + ham) is okay, but is nothing in comparison to Pineapple + Bacon or Pineapple + Pepperoni.

While it's not my all-time favorite, a slice or two that has pineapple is a nice way to mix it up, especially at some type of pizza party. Whether at home, work, school, or wherever the pizzas are being served!

If you haven't tried it yet, don't disqualify it right away. You never know if it works with your taste pallet or not.

If hawaiian is all that's available, I'm still happy to eat it! But I'd almost always want some sort of interesting savory pizza more c: Anything with weird cheeses or mushrooms or even mussels is fun and yummy

Pineapple does belong on pizza
Hawaiian is always a classic
But chicken and pineapple go really well together too with a spiced apricot sauce, or tomato sauce

as much as people gave it crap. my pops loved it with canadian bacon. so i grew up with pineapple on my pizza and i will say:
