Like, does it worth it to have expensive items anymore?
And don't get me wrong, I'm not elitist, I don't even post on boards much but... there's no need to trade for expensive items anymore, and it was like the only thing I had left on Neopets xD

Of course, the real solution would be to add more content, but we all know it's been years since the last time we had some exciting shit happening on neo. Or is it just me?

No I'm the same. I loved to trade for popular and or high valued items just to either use on my pets or hoard for my next harder to find wishes. However I think with TNT doing this is to combat NC inflation (Because lets face it I can name several people who are inflating NC items for shits and giggles) and its making trading super frustrating and difficult.

I'm honestly really happy with seeing these! While I don't mind spending $ on NC items, Neopets is a game and I'm not going to spend $40+ on a wearable. I've wanted most of these items for years but couldn't work myself up for trying to trade for them. This made my day! I do feel for people who have Neo as an IRL investment source.

What are people's thoughts on the length of the sale? I feel like 1 week is about perfect. 2-3 days, and there will be so many complaints from people who didn't log in. More than a week, and it's diminishing returns and becomes even less rare. Most sales will be day 1 anyway.

More things I can straight-up buy, the less users I have to haggle with through NMs. I love it!

I wish they'd RR some of the more unpopular rare items, although I can see why they don't from a purely "capitalist" perspective. (You'd likely only get the hardcore collectors instead of the users who buy the pretty stuff to make their pets look good.) But still! They should consider all future site decisions while keeping in mind how they would affects me personally 🐩
