Thoughts on the new ranking system? I used to grind rank alot but now it's gunna take forever to get to plat
I used to play it pretty much exclusively since way back when. Joined shortly after the first season was a thing I believe. Haven't played recently since I've actually been enjoying the new COD. When I did play, I had mained a bunch of different legends. Started off playing Gibby, Bang and Bloodhound for awhile. Spent some time using Rev, and mirage. Most recently I would main Fuse. Loved his abilities and it fit the style of play I enjoyed pretty well.
I think I'm a few legends behind at this point, but I've been hearing a lot of good/interesting things about this new season. I might have to jump on again sometime, but gotta find the time
What's my definition of success?
Creating something no one else can
Being brave enough to dream big
Grindin' when you're told to just quit
Giving more when you got nothin' left

Yeah I've played on/off since the beginning. Started out as a Bloodhound main and the past couple of seasons I swapped to Fuse. This season is pretty different though and I've played controller legends for the ring scanning (Rampart/Catalyst). Usually play with my 2 buddies and we try to climb to diamond every season but keep getting stuck in plat.
Not sure how I feel about this season - it feels like climbing in ranked won't be as difficult but it will take a long time. Master tier feels attainable but it'd be a huge time sink. Kills aren't weighted as much and top 10 placement is crucial. It's a big shift from the last couple of seasons but not necessarily bad imo.
What are y'alls favorite maps? I'm a big Olympus & Stormpoint enthusiast. My squad has our "home" POIs that we can usually claim successfully (Carrier on Olympus/Lightning Rod on Stormpoint) and I love the aesthetics of those maps. Not a fan of Broken Moon though.

yes!!! that's how i got started with my aim (which is still ass) i got yelled at A LOT!! it was funny but also not because damn i just started playing chill....

best to use a mouse aim website to help with your aim boss! itll be much much better doing small sessions with that, unless you play on console?
