Facebook Account Recovery

So waht happend is someone must have hacked my account and changed the name ok so then when I try to get it the account was blocked... I put in a appeal the appeal went through they sent me a recover email I logged in changed my name
back. Like minutes after that someone logs in again from Tailand (I did change the pw) and there the account is blocked again. Have this happened to anyone before? I appealed again but its been more than a day now

I also changed my email account pw now
What more should I do?

And yes I am freaking out a bit I have my business account connected to mine and I cant get into anything

One of my friends is going through this, facebook literally told her "tough shit" even though she uses her facebook business page to do literal business and is a big source of income.

All I can say is good fucking luck, FB support makes tony P look like a hard working saint.

I actually managed to recover my account.
I never spoke like in a conversation but I did sent a email explaining that I was hacked and the person changed the email address and posted bad things and so my account got suspended
So first they just set a ban on posting for 23 hours and opened it (in that time I was at least able to give my sister access to my business page)
After the 24 hours were up on the second... my account was hacked again and posted in again and suspended
dso there is now a 180 day ban. I don really care that I cant post. I changed every password I possible can including my emails
I don't know if the 180 day ban ends the same is just going to happen all over
If it does I will write an email that I am happy to have a personal account but never post in it

Thanks for letting us know the results. I'll let my friend know what you did. I'm just really glad you got it back, it feels like FB and YT hackings are common right now so stay safe. Sucks about your temp ban though. No telling what they did to get that for you.

I included info about the name change - that I did not make
The email address that I use and then also mentioned that I have had the same phone number for 20 years. (I litterllay have) and that anyone beside my business and me using it is not legit.

I included info about my IP address aswell. I don't used a VPN so logins must be from south Africa.

Yeah so they did not respond but my account was opened. So someone looked at the situations and looked if it was resolved when it got resuspended.

I'm glad they responded to you. I've been banned from the Marketplace for some reason on my account (only used it occasionally to buy/sell stuff like normal, nothing illegal, etc.), and no amount of appealing seemed to ever reach them... I just gave up on trying to get access to that again.
