You absolutely can, regardless of if I can't!
It's slowly getting easier. There were a couple days where I almost failed my water intake or missed reading. I mean, technically I might have failed if we consider each day to end at 12AM, but I count my days from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed.. There were definitely a few days I'd be reading at like 1AM to get the pages in.

I still can't get over how much I have to go to the bathroom but it's starting not to feel like I'm drowning myself in water now. The Biosteel electrolytes and Mio help when I'm procrastinating.

Do you think you'll try something like this soon?

    Well..
I failed as of the other day. My downfall? I forgot to drink my water!

Pretty proud of myself for making it this far though. Honestly didn't think I'd make it past the first week. I feel pretty good overall. My skin looks better and I'm having better sleeps.

I think I'll try again in the autumn/winter.

Hope those who were doing this with me are more successful Hope you make it to the full 75

Thank you My books are all self-help/work related books but if you're interested in those I can give a couple reccos. I think what worked well was my diet. I wasn't restrictive as long as I maintained my protein intake. It then became more motivating to me to find ways to maximize protein in the least amount of calories (which wasn't what I was intending to do but it was a fun challenge) and it helped become more intentional about what/when I eat. Protein has made me a lot fuller, too.
