Indie World Showcase 4.19.2023 - Nintendo Switch

Nintendo dropped an Indie Showcase earlier today! I wanted to watch it live, but work was a bit busier than usual today... and I have time now to sit through and watch it. I'll edit my thoughts in when I finish, but hopefully a game catches your eye!

CULT OF THE LAMB DLC ON APRIL 25th THOUGH

I've been really looking forward to this one, I'm stoked to see it's coming out so soon. It's awesome that such a massive amount of content is being provided for free. Does anyone else in cK play?

Ok, I finished watching and I gotta say....nothing really caught my eye.

It was cool to see Dunkey though lol. And I also have CotL @(you need an account to see links) ! I've played a few hours of it, but I'm struggling through my game backlog, so I put it on the back burner for the moment. The DLC makes me want to jump back in though!

I've played a few hours of it, but I'm struggling through my game backlog, so I put it on the back burner for the moment. The DLC makes me want to jump back in though!

I set it down in a fit of pouty rage after it crashed on me right at the end of a dungeon run and picked it back up a week ago after stumbling across an animated CotL short:



it's so good, it immediately made me go get my Switch and also made me feel a lot less guilty for sacrificing followers. I really hope more of these get made. Spoiler for my favorite part:

the only one i really want is oxenfree 2 bc i loved the first one. otherwise not really impressed. might also get sandrock (never finished the first game) and the cult of the lamb dlc (don't think i finished that either).
