Userbar Stats

Going over our userbar statistics panel on the homepage with $(you need an account to see links), and we're looking to get some feedback from the community.

Do you have any suggestions for our stats panel? Are there any additional categories that you think we should have? Should we display a category differently? More users? Let us know what you think...

We had a thread if memory serves right discussing this but I can't seem to find it.

Hmm... I'd like to see more users, yes. Maybe a top 5.
Probably a "rarest" UB or the UB with the lowest % of people owning it could work as well? Unless it's time gated and not coming back this year, then it becomes a harsh reminder, hehe

Just a few thoughts in looking at it: most popular UB of all time isn't likely to change, so I don't see the need for it to be on the page? An extended "high score" list (that counts correctly, I've noticed it's often wrong in both directions by 1-2) to show more users could be fun. It could also be moved to the table on top. I'm thinking top 10, since there are some ties?

Possibly a small section that pops up when there's a site event? (Would we want to mimic JN and use it for annual avatar alerts as well?) Having a place that bookmarked both the clue thread and the general discussion for the Murder Mystery, for example.

A general question: at the bottom of the home page, how are stats for the script and program use gathered?

Just a suggestion but I’d love to see ryu stats displayed publicly! Sorry if that’s out of pocket I know we’re discussing userbar stats here so in regard to that I’d also love to see the top collectors list extended!

These are what i think :

1 - Most popular all time could be replaced with 10 slots instead (taken from most popular daily) .

2 - More categories ?
Showing those that can be obtain & those can't be obtain , as if i were to go UB hunting after seeing those cool UB and come to realized i can't get them due to retired/event base/ ex event, i then just give up and drop the hunt instead (Still varies on user by user)

3. An update/ notice on the on-going or re-run UB

4.The Top collector could increase as mention by Dero but i don't really see any point of that since its probably only that few users. Leads to point 4

5. Could also add in a Top/Best UB theme ranking next to top collector. (Since changing of theme is a norm for users & it would need a poll / voting for this ?)

6. Ryu mention by Cat Purrson would be cool xD

Yep i did used that thread along with TsUNaMy WaVe's guide for UB hunt. Being a lazy user's perspective upon first look on the homepage if the UB appeared to have a marking/ icon that hint's its obtainable/un-obtainable would have another level of impression/factor to it haha. But thats just me i always have weird thoughts .

Maybe we can have like birthdays - like people having birthday this week?
It could also be cool to see who ranked up like latest rankups. (I dotn know if this is logistically possible

More users on top collectors would be cool. Top 3 is interesting to see but seeing more of that would be interesting. See how you change on the rankings as you collect userbars. I think it looks pretty clean overall and not sure what kind of stats can be included there. Maybe least popular? Just to fuel curiosity

I agree that most popular all time probably won’t change too much, but maybe a top 10 there instead of top 1?

May be a little off topic - but forum stats in general? Top post/rep/etc breaks whenever you try to change it. Maybe have a way to view those stats too, top all time/30days/etc? Those were always fun to check out.

1. Top collectors could show more people
2. Most popular UBs/Least popular UBs
3. How many of each UB ranks currently registered in forum
4. What phantasia suggested with the latest ranked up person so we could congratulate them
