yeah I just want to say for all my swaggering and bravado about getting the UB this year, I have found one (1) single egg so far

Have you tried different sections of the forum where you normally don't browse?

Also as mentioned before, in General Settings you can set "Number of Posts to Show Per Page" to more posts to show up. So maybe changing this and with many tabs open would be easier?

Hello everyone. I thought it'd be a good idea to make a board to help hunt down those pesky eggs hiding around the site!

Q: How long do we have to search for eggs?

A: You can hunt for eggs from April 1st through April 30th.

Q: What do the eggs look like? And where can I find them?

A: You can find eggs next to someone's username on a post. Here's an example of what they'll look like:



And here's what a double egg looks like to compare to the Ryu egg:

Q: Do the eggs show up only on posts made after the egg hunt became active or can they be on old posts as well?

A: Courtesy of @(you need an account to see links): You can find eggs on all threads no longer that 3 years. Old posts count too.

Q: How often do the eggs change location?

A: Courtesy of @(you need an account to see links): That 1 egg can actually be found in hundreds of different places at once for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes is up, a different egg will appear in hundreds of different places. You have a lot of chances to encounter an egg if you browse diligently.


To summarize:

- Threads younger than 3 years are eligible for egg hunting.
- Every 5 minutes the egg changes its location.
- The locations of eggs will change at 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 and 55 minutes past the hour.
- Look at all forum sections! They can be anywhere!
- While eggs are different for everyone, some eggs can be shared (the same) for some users. So if you find one, make sure to share link for others to try chance too.
- Trade/services threads DON'T participate in the egg hunt.

Thanks for the tips! I have been checking around in areas I don't usually go to, but I guess my timing is off. I only really check in the evening when I get home from work, so my window to check and browse around is pretty tight =/ I'll keep looking around tho!
