The strat is simple.

Get 2-3x Screech's off. Then bide time with one or two rounds till it nullifies your stats.
Get 3x Iron Defence off. You might have to keep using Roost every other turn.
Once that's done just keep firing off Body Presses till you knock it out. Tera whenever you can.
It's a bit long but gets the job done without much problem.

I just solo'd it using the Paldean Blaze Tauros strat. Sharing build and strategy below. I didn't create this strategy, but I did use it to solo Samurott very easily on the first go.

Paldean Tauros (Blaze | Scarlet Exclusive)
Ability: Anger Point (not a hidden ability)
Nature: Adamant (use a mint if it's intimidate)

Item: Shell Bell
Tera: Fire (Ideally, but Mine has Fighting)

EVs: 4HP | 252 Atk | 252 Def
Lvl: 100
IVs: Don't matter, but if you must, then attack and defence

Moveset:
Tail Whip
Sunny Day (you'll need a TM)
Raging Bull
4th move can be anything, you wont use it.

Strategy:
If you get a partner with intimidate it's a bonus, but if not it doesn't matter. You're going to get KO'd once anyway. Samurott will start off with Focus Energy and after this if will crit you with nearly every attack (if not all) - which is good. This will give you max attack (+6) because of the Anger point ability.

When the battle starts, keep using as many Tail Whips as you can till your Tauros faints. You'll be able to get 2 or 3 off if you're lucky. The moment you get revived, shoot a Sunny Day to set up the sun. His shield will already be up. From this point on just keep spamming Raging Bull till you KO him. It should take 2-3 hits to break hit shield and 2-3 to KO him after that. Tera when you can for an extra boost. The Shell Bell should keep healing you. Should be too tough with this strat.

If all goes to plan you should solo him on your first go. Just follow these steps.

The first wave starts on 14th few days available to sort out the teams , i think aniliape could solo it in worst case scenario haha our fav ghost monkey is a swiss army knife xD (strats would probably take awhile or on the day itself for them to test out if it works 100%)
