Fergalicious. The louder the better, I am unrepentant
I enjoy listening to Phonk music or motivational speakers while working out.

I mainly listen to Hardstyle, Big Room Trance & Hip Hop all depending on my mood for the muscle that I'm training on the day!

My go-to is usually the "Hard Bass Trap Mix" playlist on Spotify. The harder the bass hits and the faster the song, the more bearable cardio becomes. Like magic.
I tend to go with anything uplifting/motivational, Fall Out Boy, A Day to Remember, Falling in Reverse, etc.. also 80's rock hits pretty hard when exercising as well.

Oh my gosh, me too! For some reason, upbeat music makes me feel anxious when I'm working out and slower music lets me get in the zone and focus on my workout.
To answer the post I tend to go for lo-fi or ambient music. Sometimes if I'm up for it, I'll listen to bands like Green Day, All-American Rejects, Fall Out Boy, etc.
