Hi!

Happy to be here! I'm Angel, I've been on and off of Neopets since I was younger. I've been passively maintaining my current main for a year or two but have recently decided to get a bit more serious again while I help my friends get to their new goals on their old accounts. While I'm not getting weirdly emotionally attached to lifeless pixels, I'm a sewist and novelist by trade! :) I also do all sorts of fiber arts past sewing (cross stitch, crochet, knitting, etc) and have done more than a few NP inspired projects; the most current of which is being elbow deep in a partial neopets fursuit with a friend! :3c

I'm excited to find my footing here, and I can't wait to have an outlet to discuss neopets (that isn't just talking neurodivergently at my friends about it)!

Hello! I'm fairly new here as well (despite my account age lol)! I'm curious, which neopet are you making the fursuit of?

I'm working on a faerie kougra (I was gifted a UC faerie kougra two years ago and fell head over heels for the design, so I thought there was no better way to show how much I appreciated it) and my friend is working on a mutant ixi! I'm going to be gifting them an ixi transmog potion when they get back into their old account because they were going on about how expensive it was and I want to surprise them! Our deadline is for a con that we have a 14 hour road trip to, so it'll be the furthest I've ever gone for a convention, but I'm excited. I've never roadtripped with friends before.

I've got the paws and tail done, now it's tackling the head and designing/sewing a kigurumi to go along with it. I'm a little too physically disabled to wear a full suit, but I also just think the vibe of a neopet lends more to a kigurumi than a full suit anyways.

Welcome! I'm quite new myself but everyone's been wonderful to me so far and I'm sure you'll really enjoy your stay as well! A fursuit sounds awesome, even a partial one! I have a friend who makes those and I think it's so impressive. Congrats on your skills!

How did you first get into Neopets? Do you remember?
