I want to buy it, but I'm not sure I can commit to a game like that (struggle to focus on storyline games)
I'm more a quick fire round FPS kinda dude
My husband and flatmate have purchased and both absolutely love it, they love the graphics, quests etc.
(Flatmate put it on highest difficulty and is regretting his life choices)

Thank you for letting me know, especially about the release date. I saw online and on reddit either July 25th or February 10th was the switch release date, so it was very confusing.

I'll probably go my Steam Deck then in the future, if it's compatible.

I mean this as nicely as I can, but that sounds more like a “you” problem versus the actual game itself, as that’s based on your own opinion/feelings on the series. Not the game itself. Which is why I said, it just may not be the game for you! Doesn’t mean it isn’t still a good game.

I haven't any interest in it, but I hear it's doing well! I almost feel like it came out just too late. If this had existed around the time the final movies were releasing, I'd probably have gotten into it. I'm still a fan of Harry Potter, but was never a major Potterhead like my aunt is. xD

Personally I am loving this game! I was huge on Harry Potter as a kid and grew up with the books and movies and loved it a lot.
Getting to explore Hogsmeade and Hogwarts (as it’s all the further i am right now) has been beyond entertaining. Like i could legit just do this and be satisfied with the game lol I've found no shortage of things to do and have been just wandering around and trying to 100% complete all the collections! Im also super impressed with the clothing/styling system and being able to really dress my character the way I want. You can hide what you have on/change its appearance so you don't have to look goofy to wear all the high stat things. ANYWAY. To me, playing this feels the same excitement as Pokemon Legends when it came out, being able to just be open and free while exploring and enjoying a world more in depth. That overwhelming sense of enjoyment to finally get to explore a world that up until now has only been something we were all longing for.

I saw this trending online and checked it out but I can't justify the cost of the game for an RPG.

Gameplay looks fun and it's totally what I've always wanted as a child, but I think my gaming habits have been shaped by all the amazing MMORPG we have now and after watching a few gameplay streams and all, it seems a tad too expensive for the graphics/npc interactions in the game.

Guess I'll do more research and check back on this thread for all of your reviews.
