So, even if she lived, she would have to spend the rest of her life knowing that she voluntarily killed her child so she could live. How selfish would that be.

I think if she found out only 2 weeks after conception then it wouldn't be a child she was killing, merely little more than a collection of cells. I don't think it would have been selfish at all. (Excuse the nature of this next sentence)Any copulation with contraception could be seen in a similar way- that's not selfish so why would this be?

It did make me tear up D:
My friend did this but she did not have tumors. The doctors told her she was no longer able to carry a child & if she tried, she would die because her lining couldnt carry one. Well she couldn't get her tubes tied because the doctors told her that they couldn't. And down the road she got pregnant ( was 4 months when she found out ) and it was too late to take the morning after pill of course, so instead of getting an abortion, she said she will go through the pregnancy no matter what because it was her baby. She was strong
Unfortunately the baby passed way at 4 months :/ her kidney was infected and it blew up and the poison spread through out her body
its sad that such bad things happen to good people.
