Anybody comfortable with regular expressions?

I haven't worked with regex in forever, and I'm not even too sure if the expression I'm trying to put together is even possible. I don't want to post too much specifics here, but if anybody wants to take a crack at it, please let me know and I can shoot you a PM with more specific information.
