Seems we'll be getting new items from the Wheel. But from the wording, does this mean that it will ALL be new? Or just added?

I hate buying these. I remember to spin it for the day I redeem it, get a 2:1 cap sale junk, and then forget about it the rest of the days.
So, anyway, I'll definitely being playing when new prizes drop anyway because I do not learn

Just like how Stunning still has some value to it, even though its "RR" in the wheel lol
