Actually, I see it is the incorrect PIE day. The userbar was for PI day, in March. I think this pie day will taste a lot better.

My workplace is also celebrating this day and I thought it is so weird it's not set for March 14 myself! :o

Oh man I inadvertently celebrated National Pie Day a day early because last night I had a delicious apple pie after dinner!

I think blueberry pie (with copious amounts of crumble on top) is my favorite. I'm really not that into apple, kind of mid for me lol.

The QT3.14 userbar might make a comeback if there's enough interest. The community didn't respond so well to the event last year, so audience participation is going to be a major deciding factor in whether or not that userbar is retired.

I can personally say that it was available / announced kinda late and for a short time so even though I actually bought a pie I didn't make it before the day ends. But now that a lot of people know about it, I'm sure more people would be able to prepare and participate
