From what I know about server maintenance and 'upgrades' in most MMORPGs, they restart the server when they add in, modify, or delete certain server files. I'm not sure if it works the same with neopets. NC UCs could be on the way if they had to put in a large haul of extra server files in before restarting the server?
Not too sure, but open to hearing thoughts from everyone else as to what the "new releases" could be this week
I, for one, am excited! But if it's new releases it means that nothing got fixed? Wondering when the battledome, DoN, and lab maps can get fixed ):
